Ingredients
4 tbsp olive oil
2 cups chopped green beans
1 diced white onion
1 diced carrot
2 celery stalks destrung and diced
1 cup chopped kale
1 vegetarian gluten free stock cube
4 to 5 cups water
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp baharat spice
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp mint sauce
Directions
Heat the oil over a medium heat in a saucepan.
Add onions, carrots,celery and kale and let cook for about five minutes, stirring occassionally.
Then add the broth, and all the remaining ingredients
Stir and allow to simmer for about ten minutes
Serve and enjoy.
