Peasnut Bars - Vegan
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
100g gluten free oats
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp peanut crunchy peanut butter
1 handful of dates
100g dark chocolate ( 70 percent works best)
Directions
1. Put the dates in a blender and blitz them until finely chopped.
2. Add the peanut butter, oats, honey and olive oil and blitz again.
3. Press the mixture down into a container so that its about 1cm deep.. pack it really tight so it does not crumble.
4. Melt the chocolate in a bowl or in a microwave. Once melted let it cool for about five minutes and then add a tsp of maple syrup.
5. Then pour it over the peanut butter mixture and allow to set for a few minutes.
6. Now its the best part part......Tuck in and enjoy.
