Peanut Butter & Chocolate Pavlova

Super tasty dessert that everyone will love. Try it and let me knoe how you get on. Make the meringue and then follow this recipe for the extras.

This dessert is a total game-changer. The meringue is crisp on the outside and soft and marshmallowy in the middle. On top, there’s a layer of fluffy whipped cream, swirled with creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate ganache. To finish it off, I sprinkle on some roasted peanuts and chocolate shavings for a bit of crunch. It’s sweet, a little salty, and totally addictive. Basically, if a peanut butter cup and a pavlova had a baby, this would be it.
Ingredients
Dark Chocolate Cream
75g plant based milk
120ml plant based cream
2 egg yolks (keep the whites for the meringue)
150g dark chocolate
60g plant based butter
50g caster sugar
Peanut Butter Cream
100g Peanut Butter
100g white vegan chocolate
Hanful of peanuts
250ml plant based ccream for the meringue topping
Directions
Start by making the dark chocolate cream. In a small saucepan, heat the butter until it has all melted.
Add the sugar, milk, egg yolks, dark chocolate, c ream and keep stirring.
Set aside until it has all cooled down.
Now make the peanut butter cream by mixing the white chocolate and peanut butter until its has softened. You can do this in the microwave or ban marie. Set aside and get you meringue out and ready.
1st topping : Whip the cream and place that as your topping onto the meringue.
2nd topping : Take the chocolate cream and spread that over the top.
3rd topping : Take the peanut butter cream and put that on top of the chocolate cream.
take the end of a spoon or a toothpick and draw circles around the topping making and creating a marble like effect. Dont overdo it as you might lose the design.
Final topping : Place a hanful of cruched peanuts over the top.
