This recipe will make a portion for 4


Ingredients


I have a rule in my head that I always like to have all the ingredients ready before I start. You will need the following:

  • Liquid from 400g tin chickpeas

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 140g dark chocolate

  • 3 tbsp caster sugar

  • 2 tsp coconut oil


Directions


  1. Melt coconut oil and chocolate in the microwave or bain-marie - set aside and let it cool while you move onto the next step

  2. Pour the chickpea water in a mixer until stiff peaks are formed. It usually takes around ten minutes.

  3. Add lemon to the aqua faba (chickpea water) whilst beating

  4. Add sugar to the aqua faba whilst still beating

  5. Fold the chocolate into the mixture and make sure all the chocolate is mixed in well.

  6. Pour into bowls and put in fridge to set this usually takes around two hours




Much deliciousness all in one small bowl. Share it with your loved ones.
