These fritters are so tasty and delicious they can be used as a starter or a snack

I have made these time and time again. They are super yummy and go down a real treat with most people. serving them with the sweet chilli sauce is an added form of yummy.
I have always been a fan of sweetcorn. In Africa where I come from its a very common thing to have corn on the cob and so Ive always liked the taste. I always used melt butter on mine when it was warm and then hold it upright and shave all the kernels off. Just talking about it makes me want to make these today.
Ingredients
Not many ingredients for this recipe. Its good because everything is put into one bowl in no particular order.
3 cups frozen sweetcorn - dosent need to be defrosted
¾ cup gluten free flour
5 spring onions chopped
1 Large garlic clove chopped
1 TS timari sauce
2 large eggs
Bunch of fresh corriander
Oil for frying
Fresh Chillies (always optional)
Directions
Lets go for it and have some fun doing all this:
Put all the ingredients into one bowl in any order you like.
Mix everything until its all well mixed.
Fill the base of the pan with olive oil and turn the heat to a medium high
wait for the oil to get hot and then spoon out the fritters in the shape and size you require.
Once all of them are made I put them on a plate with a tripe napkin to allow any excess oil to drip off.
sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander and then you are done.
You are ready to serve and enjoy.
Let me know if you serve them in any other shape or design. Im always interested to see what people do with recipes.
