Lovely treat for a Breakfast or a light lunch

Ive tried this recipe for many years. When I first met my husband he did this and I thought that they tasted really delicious. So now they have become a regular in our house on the weekends. They also leave such a lovely smell around the house.
Breakfast Mushrooms can be done for many things. You can have this as a light lunch with the mushrooms on toast, you can also have it with a small bowl of rice with parsley sprinkled over the top. Its a really simple and easy dish and tastes really yummy. I make this every Sunday in our house. It always goes down a treat. Try it and let me know how you get on.
Ingredients
Include everything your reader needs to make this recipe perfectly, with measurements, optional additions, or alternatives. For example:
Bunch of Mushrooms
Vitalite
Soya Sauce
Dried Mixed herbs
Directions
Take a saucepan and add about three TS of Vitalite and allow to melt
Meanwhile chop the mushrooms to what ever shape and size you desire
Once the vitality has melted add the mushrooms and stir every few minutes
Add 1 ts dried mixed herbs to your liking and continue to stir mushrooms
After the mushrooms has reduced then add some soya sauce and simmer until mushrooms have reduced yet again
You can add more dried herbs and more soya sauce to your liking . I tend to do that. It changes the flavour very slightly but the flavours are really good and it always leaves a great smell in the kitchen.
