Gluten Free Brownies

Very chewy and deliciousness all in one mouthful. they are quick and easy to make so make sure when you start you have all your ingredients ready.

I have made these many times and they continue to be a hit.
Ingredients
½ cup vitalite (plant based butter)
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup gluten free self raising flour
2 large eggs, room temperature
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup cocoa
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp xanthan gum
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 F
Line a 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper all over or use vitalite on the areas.
In a medium size bowl combine gluten free flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt and whisk this together. Set aside.
In a large bowl add the melted butter, vanilla extract, sugar and mix thorougally.
Add in the eggs one at time and mix until well combined.
Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix in well until a smooth paste is formed.
Pour the mixture into the tin that you lined at the beginning.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean
Serve and enjoy.
