Basic Salad Dressing - Vegan

A quick, fresh salad dressing can completely transform even the simplest bowl of greens. This basic vegetarian version is as easy as it gets.



Just whisk together all the ingredients, along with a pinch of salt and pepper. The result is a bright, balanced dressing that takes under a minute to make. It pairs perfectly with any veggie combo. It’s my go-to when I want something light, clean, and effortless—perfect for busy days or last-minute meals.


Ingredients


  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tbsp gluten-free soya sauce

  • ½ tsp maple syrup


Directions


  1. Add all the ingredients into a jar and mix well.

  2. You can double or triple the mixture for larger salads.

  3. Enjoy!
