A quick, fresh salad dressing can completely transform even the simplest bowl of greens, and this basic vegetarian version is as easy as it gets.

Just whisk together all the ingredients, and a pinch of salt and pepper. The result is a bright, balanced dressing that takes under a minute to make and pairs perfectly with any veggie combo. It’s my go-to when I want something light, clean, and effortless—perfect for busy days or last-minute meals
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp gluten free soya sauce
½ tsp maple syrup
Directions
Add all the ingredients into a jar and its ready to use after a good stir.
Yuu can double or tripe the mixture for larger salads.
